Polaris World offer clients a comprehensive concept of resorts with golf courses, in which they manage all the services required. This unique service ensures Polaris World properties are an excellent investment.

Polaris World currently have seven resorts and nine golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus underway, making Polaris World a leader in residential tourism.

Polaris World has the best golf offer in Europe, with 9 courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, in 7 resorts. Three of those are 'Signature' courses (there are currently only 10 in Europe) and being a homeowner on any of the resorts gives you access to all of the courses and exclusive rights to a programme of advantages reserved for residents.

From the decoration of your home to restaurants and bars, supermarkets, hairdressers, gyms, travel agencies, telecommunications, car hire, education, property rental and maintenance and a full medical service…. Everything you need is provided by highly qualified staff.

Polaris World have redefined the concept of the golf complex and with prices starting from just £86,000, a purchase on any one of the companies resorts represents excellent value for money, even for the non-golfer - as a previous client remarked " I'm not into golf but, what a wonderful front garden and somebody else looks after it for me".

The Region

The Region of Murcia is at the heart of the Mediterranean - with 250 km of coastline, more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an annual average temperature of 21 deg.C, Murcia has become the new paradise on the Spanish coast.

Murcia is currently served by two airports, Alicante to the north and San Javier to the south, with the new Murcia City airport at Corvera due for completion by 2009.

The area is linked by two motorways, the N332 being the coastal road and the N301 going inland, which makes travelling around the area extremely stress less.
